“It's the first time I place an order in Dermacare Direct. I was struck by the selection of brands of very high quality skin care that has been the indicator to select a product. Added to that they are products that in my geographical situation are very difficult to obtain (I live in the Canary Islands). The service and speed in the reception has been excellent. Very satisfied”

Hi, Your order was dispatched and delivered promptly to the address you requested delivery to. We don't offer a 'Click & Collect' service to your local Boots or any other retail outlet. It was completely out of our control when you attempted to collect your parcel at Boots and it couldn't be located. I'm glad to hear you have now received it.

“I ordered 2 bottles of sunblock and only 1 arrived. When I called up Dermacare Direct the customer service was very professional in ensuring I will get my second bottle delivered as soon as possible. All the customer service agents I spoke to were very friendly and happy to help me out. I was pleasantly surprised! I will buy from Dermacare Direct again!”
