Hi Sorry to hear you haven't received your order. We have checked and your order was dispatched by us on the 18th March but unfortunately Royal Mail have confirmed your parcel was lost in transit. “I live in the US where I can't get the dermatitis cream that I like. I've been using DD for several years now without complaint. The product comes usually in a week to 10 days which is great for international shipping. I would highly recommend ++”

“It feels lovely on your skin but I thought it would wear better considering it wasn’t cheap. I have only had the abdominalplaaty one for 11 days & it losing stick & curling at the edges!!!! No real signs of the scar fading yet but as I say only been 11 days. Meant to last 6 weeks but I don’t hold out much hope sadly Deborah Maaters”
