Our furniture is made to last a lifetime: we happily apply a 50 year guarantee all our solid birch frames. While the fabric is totally up to you, with over 10,000 of the best designer fabrics and leathers from around the world to choose from. We offer delivery to your home direct from the workshop, and we'll assemble your sofa on site in the event of any access problems.

“Last year I decided to update and recover two sofas bought from Delcor approx 22 years ago, which upon delivery we were absolutely delighted with . The complete order process was conducted by telephone with Janet and her colleagues, who took the time to establish my requirements e.g. composition of cushions, answering all my questions and making suggestions which were very well and gratefully received. They suggested websites to look at fabrics and then ordered fabric samples for me, patiently repeating the process several times until I made my final decision. The outcome, the sofas are both like new and very stylish! This year I decided to order two new armchairs to complement the sofas, requiring coordinating fabric this time and asking for changes to the legs to be made, and the whole process began again . The service I have received from the staff at Delcor has been outstanding and unique, as the two orders were conducted completely by telephone, such is my trust in Delcor. I would also like to thank the two friendly and professional delivery men who demonstrated their care and skill during the collection and delivery process.”

Dear Mrs Jones Well .. .. what more can I add to this absolutely fabulously informative review and your award of 5*. Fantastic.. thank you so very very much. In these times when everyone is so very very busy and it is not always possible to find time or it isnt convenient to visit a store, your email is proof that it is not always necessary to actually visit one of our Stores in person. The whole 'telephone order' process may take a little longer obviously but your review proves that this can be done and completed successfully. Of course it does help that my Sales staff 'know their stuff' and that they are all capable of 'following on' from a colleague previously assisting, which is not an easy task at times. My delivery guys will be thrilled to be mentioned yet again for their care and professionalism which is always a boost to their moral. Again I thank you for this wonderful review and trust you will enjoy many more years of comfort with your Delcor reupholstered sofas. “I found the customer service and experience when choosing furniture was 10 out of 10. The quality of the furniture is really, really good. Delivery was delightful. Would very definitely order from Decor again. I would just say that when choosing fabric that you need to have a clear idea of what you want. There is a lot of choice and it can be quite confusing.”

“I have just taken delivery of my recovered sofas and I am absolutely delighted. They are like new. The service I received from the staff at Delcor was excellent. “Delcor have just refurbished my old, but much loved sofa bought from them 18 years ago. Initially I was looking for a new sofa, but after much searching could find nothing either as comfortable or as well made as my Magnum sofa. I'm thrilled with the result - the grey fabric has completely updated my interior, and the new filling I was recommended for the seat cushions much easier to manage (no pumping up required!). The staff in the store were extremely knowledgable and patient, and the delivery men were both charming and very helpful. All in all - 10/10. Thanks!”
