Our furniture is made to last a lifetime: we happily apply a 50 year guarantee all our solid birch frames. While the fabric is totally up to you, with over 10,000 of the best designer fabrics and leathers from around the world to choose from. We offer delivery to your home direct from the workshop, and we'll assemble your sofa on site in the event of any access problems.

“I was absolutely delighted with the 2 chesterfield sofas I received from Delcor. The sofas are beautifully made and are a joy to sit on. From the very first visit to Delcor in Seaton Delaval to the delivery date I felt confidence in every member of staff I met that I would receive quality sofas. Thank you Delcor.”

“The whole experience was completely stress free from start to finish. Our previous sofas were Delcor purchased from the Glasgow showroom many years ago so we really didn't consider going anywhere else. Although the brochure is really comprehensive we decided to drive to your Newcastle showroom to physically see the sofas we had chosen. We have to thank Julie Bradley for all of her help before, during and after our visit. She's honestly the best assistant we have ever come across anywhere. We were a bit apprehensive that we had chosen the right material for us but we absolutely love our sofas. We also have to thank the two lovely lads who delivered the sofas, they were so kind and helpful and took our two heavy sofas out to our garage to be picked up at a later date. All in all we would definitely recommend Delcor to everyone and have passed on our brochure to our neighbours who found them so comfortable to sit on. Many thanks to everyone involved.”

“Having already purchased 3 sofas from Delcor, with which we are delighted, there was no hesitation in choosing Delcor once again when the need arose to purchase a sofa bed. The quality of Delcor furniture is superb, the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Altogether it is a pleasurable shopping experience. Delivery was on time and the delivery guys were just great!”

“9 year old sofa still in such excellent condition that we decided to buy 2 armchairs. Extremely comfortable and beautifully made. Staff are superb, very friendly and informative. Wouldn't buy from anybody else.”

“What a great experience. I bought a bed frame and although it was expensive the value for money is exceptional. From the service in the Stamford showroom sending many fabric samples, the contact from the logistics team at the factory to discuss deliver and the 2 delivery guys who were great. I would highly recommend.”

“We bought our sofabed 31 years ago from Delcor and this is the second time we have had it recovered and reconditioned. Great furniture, good selection of materials and lovely delivery and collection people. A great British enterprise.”

“We have purchased many items from Delcor the only one we were not happy with was the Gladstone bed frame. The bed slats warped and we asked for it to be returned as it is not fit for purpose and after writing several times to Delcor they will not give us a refund. They have the bed frame and say they will repair it. This is not acceptable to us. Still waiting for a refund.”

We apologise, Mr & Mrs Chapman, that you feel we have let you down. At Delcor, we do try to go above and beyond what is legally required, in the spirit of good will and good customer service. On this occasion, we offered to repair and reinforce the bedframe, which was over a year old. We collected the bedframe and were then requested by yourself not to repair it. You requested a full refund. We, as a company, make every effort to honour our commitment, as a manufacturer with 55 years outstanding service to our customers. The positive we can take from this review is that we will be redeveloping some of our bedframes, in 2023, to ensure that this unique issue never arises again.
