Delcor fly the flag for British craftsmanship with made-to-measure sofas and chairs.

Our furniture is made to last a lifetime: we happily apply a 50 year guarantee all our solid birch frames. While the fabric is totally up to you, with over 10,000 of the best designer fabrics and leathers from around the world to choose from. We offer delivery to your home direct from the workshop, and we'll assemble your sofa on site in the event of any access problems.

“The sofa was just what we ordered and it was assembled quickly and professionally by a really good team of men. They are to be complimented on their work and the office and management staff were extremely helpful knowledgeable and professional. Good job all around highly recommend”

“Welcoming and good service starts at the Delcor ‘Showroom & Workshop’ at the company’s Seaton Delaval location. With a reputation for delivering some of the finest hand made furniture available in the U.K. that goes back more than 50 years my wife and I felt confident that we buying the very best of British craftsmanship from a company that cares about customer service. Eight week after placing our order our new sofa, armchair and stool were carefully delivered to our home. I am pleased to say our expectations in terms of quality and service have been met in full.”

“We have loved everything about the service we received - Kathleen in the Stamford store, Ian on logistics and the two very friendly deliverers (they helped us move the old sofa too). As for the sofa - classic with a modern twist - it has transformed our room. Mind you, we have had to scurry off to town to buy some more cushions to make all the colours of the room harmonise.”

“Our boxer corner sofa in pale grey leather has now been installed in our home and we couldn't be more delighted with it superb quality. I'm looking forward to my next purchase from Delcor wouldn't go anywhere else for furniture. Staff are just lovely the whole experience was a great joy Thank you”

“I just wanted to say how delighted we are with the sofa, we love it. The team who delivered it were so lovely, helpful and polite, so respectful taking shoes off, never had to ask, and the Santa outfit was a lovely touch. Everything you'd expect from Delcor, impeccable service from choosing and ordering, viewing in the warehouse (loved seeing where the magic happens, it was so interesting when Chris took us through) to the finish which is rare to find these days. Wouldn't hesitate to use you again and recommend you to family and friends.”

“Lovely experience from start to finish. This was my first time buying bespoke furniture and the shop in Witney where I bought it from gave me lots of time to choose the right arm chair & sofa and fabrics. They explained lead times & kept me informed along the way. Then the call from Ian at Decleor to say it was ready came sooner than I thought and Ian agreed to store the furniture until I was ready for it. He sent me a photo of each item to keep me going until the real thing arrived 😊 Delivery arrived on time, 2 lovely helpful guys took the old furniture out as British Heart Foundation were collecting them later that day and covered it with the plastic wrap from the new furniture. Excellent quality and beautiful fabric & colours. Thank you to all involved, it really was a pleasure purchasing from Decleor.”

“My wife and i were delighted by the very good service we received in the Kings Road store. It is not uncommon to be disappointed by an in store shopping experience nowadays so the service we received was a most welcome surprise. Jenny, who was managing the store was so helpful, knowledgeable and charming that we left having ordered two sofas when we had really just visited for a browse and to get some ideas. Thanks so much for all your help; the buying experience was a delight.”

“Our old Delcor sofas have been refurbished and look fabulous. An excellent service has been provided throughout the process from head office to the Delcor pick up and delivery team. But a special mention must go to Ben at the King’s Road showroom who was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and patient while we dithered endlessly over the various decisions to be made!”
