Our furniture is made to last a lifetime: we happily apply a 50 year guarantee all our solid birch frames. While the fabric is totally up to you, with over 10,000 of the best designer fabrics and leathers from around the world to choose from. We offer delivery to your home direct from the workshop, and we'll assemble your sofa on site in the event of any access problems.

“I purchased 3 sofas, an armchair and stool from Delcor in 1994. They have been much admired over the years for their style, quality and comfort. In the autumn of 2016 I decided to have them re upholstered. They were starting to show signs of wear and tear and although I did check out furniture from high street stores I decided to go back to Delcor. The staff were as pleasant, professional and helpful as I remembered them. They were very patient as I dithered about colours and materials and very helpful in their suggestions. It took a few visits to make my final decisions but I was delighted with the finished products.”

“I love the chairs you made for me. They turned out exactly as I wanted. Thanks also to Colin for finding the perfect fabric. The only thing that could've made the whole experience better would've have been if when you delivered you move the existing sofa. I asked your men to move mine to the garage, they did so, reluctantly. I suppose for the amount I paid for the chairs I had hoped that this was part of a service. Deborah”

Colin at Kings Road will be thrilled to learn his assistance in helping you select your perfect upholstery fabric from the thousands on offer has resulted in another happy Customer. I am sorry to learn you feel disappointed that the Delivery Team appeared reluctant to move your existing sofa into the garage. The removal of existing furniture is not a service we offer and the fact the Delivery Team did actually move your existing furniture despite being aware of working guidelines indicates to me they are willing to assist outside their working perimeters to ensure all Delcor customers are happy Customers. “We have been delighted with the service we received from Delcor for the refurbishment of our favourite chair made by you about 24 years ago. Your staff were able to find in your archives the exact details for our small wing back chair. (No longer made). Discovering that the original fabric was no longer available, we were sent many close matches to choose from. We live in Bucks and the details of collection and delivery were well organised and exactly on the days and times planned. The chair is like new, looks the same as we wanted so we would recommend your furniture and service to everyone. Having to deal with the arrangements over the phone,we would like to say how the staff who dealt with us werehelpful,friendly and efficient . Thank you Joan Clerehugh”
