While the fabric is totally up to you, with over 10,000 of the best designer fabrics and leathers from around the world to choose from. We offer delivery to your home direct from the workshop, and we'll assemble your sofa on site in the event of any access problems.

“The staff at Delcor Seaton Delaval were fantastic - second to none - Chris, Janet and Julie - what a team! Nothing was too much trouble and on each visit they made me feel special. The furniture arrived as scheduled and made my new home complete - the quality and the finish is what I would expect from the company - they don't disappoint I would have no hesitation recommending them Julie makes a great cup of tea too!!! “Very pleased with our two refurbished sofas. This is the second refurbishment of them as they were originally bought over 30 years ago. They look new,and we will never part with them. So many compliments, friends cannot believe they are not new. We have brought three sons up,so lots of bouncing has gone on over the years and now we have six grandsons! However we are not allowing them to eat drink or bounce on them,they will have to " see us out" as my mother used to saw( herself an owner of Delcor furniture than he grandson is enjoying now ) The showroom staff were so helpful and patient couldn't have done more to make the process easier,we needed quite a bit of guidance. They returned our phone call promptly and we got out sofas back earlier than we expected. The delivery drivers were charming too,helping up put all the cushions in the right places that took quite a while. So Thank you so much for your excellent service.”

“I discovered Delcor by mistake whilst browsing online, but was very happy when I found out that a showroom was only about 9 miles away in a town I visit often - I just didn't know Delcor was there! We visited the showroom a few times in Stamford and they have a good display of sofas and chairs and, surprisingly, side tables and hall tables. We were never pressured to buy and on our visits we were always welcomed by friendly sales staff. My husband and I saw a fabric we liked on a settee in the showroom and we never wavered from that decision, except we had it made up into a different settee. We were told a 10 week wait and it was exactly that; a little less actually. On the day of delivery our sofa was delivered covered in thick plastic by two friendly delivery people. We hadn't finished decorating so they even offered to supply more plastic coverage for our other furniture if we wished. One small thing is that I wish they had a table to sit at when signing up not just standing in front of the counter in the shop, and perhaps a cup of tea/coffee (we were offered, and accepted, a cup of tea of one of our previous visits. Other than that, an excellent experience from Delcor.”

I am delighted to hear you enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere and were made to feel welcome by Kathleen and Andrea in the Stamford showroom. I am not an advocate of the 'hard sell' approach preferring customers to visit as many times as they need in order to make those all important decisions regarding fabric interiors etc. I thank you for your feedback regarding the a table to sit at, certainly food for thought and as a gesture of goodwill, next time you are out and about and fancy a coffee and a slice of cake, a cupcake or a cream tea and scone please call at a coffee shop of your choosing and afterwards take your receipt into Kathleen or Andrea in the Stamford Store and they will refund your costs in full. “Probably a late review but my Jumbo Lofa Sofa was purchased well over 20 years ago. The only thing I have had done since is replace the feathers with foam when my wife complained too much and replaces the optional arm covers. It was the "special" Castles in the Sky cover and has lasted two children, two dogs, three cats and me... Best £1024 I ever spent...”

“We ordered a new sofa and decided to have a Delcor chair reupholstered. Unfortunately there wasn't enough material for both so we chose a contrasting fabric. As we were on a timeline- moving to France, the staff at Delcor pulled out all of the stops to get the furniture to us on time. In fact the movers were packing the last boxes on the truck when the new sofa and chair arrived. The scatter cushions arrived later by courier. All of the staff at Delcor are fantastic and kept us up to date on what was happening and their customer service is second to none. I would highly recommend buying Delcor furniture”

“From our initial visit we knew we had made the right decision in choosing Delcor. Janet and the team could not have been more helpful or patient in assisting us, understanding our thoughts, offering good advice, ordering fabric samples etc. Our sofas and chairs are now in place, delivered within the time frame indicated and we couldn't be happier with the quality. A special mention also to the guys who delivered and assembled the sofas...professional, clean and tidy workers and obviously very good at what they do. The best thing about the furniture we purchased was the time and advice given to facilitate flexibility in terms of style, choice of fabrics and adjustment for personal comfort. “Where to begin - from the first phone on a Sunday to Seaton Delaval, the visit to the pop-up in the King's Road, the attention to detail and quality and the final delivery, Delcor have made us happy throughout the process. We love our beautiful sofas, footstool and chair (plus cushions - but not too many of those!). The service is second to none and the fact that the furniture is made in the UK just makes it perfect. “We were given all the help and advice we needed from your sales team in a relaxed environment and kept well informed as to the progress of the manufacture of the sofa and the time of delivery. We were even phoned as the delivery was en route. We are delighted with the workmanship and the quality of the sofa which has enhanced our living room. The standard far surpasses sofas we had seen elsewhere. At every point Delcor staff have been excellent -please pass on our thanks.”

“I purchased 2 loaf sofas almost 20 years ago and having not found any other sofa to match the quality had them fully refurbished. Sales support from Julie was excellent throughout and all aspects of collection and delivery exactly as you would hope it would be. The sofas look fantastic!”
