Our furniture is made to last a lifetime: we happily apply a 50 year guarantee all our solid birch frames. While the fabric is totally up to you, with over 10,000 of the best designer fabrics and leathers from around the world to choose from. We offer delivery to your home direct from the workshop, and we'll assemble your sofa on site in the event of any access problems.

“Still have a suite that is 30 years old from Delcor - now passed on to daughter. Bought a second suite last year. Now back for my mums sofa and chairs. Excellent service every time.”

Dear Mr Best Thank you for your review and your very generous award of 5* despite your concerns regarding your recently purchased fibre seat cushion interiors. My records indicate you purchased a sofa and two chairs in 2003 and then in 2010 you purchased replacement fibre seat cushion interiors for the two chairs. Your most recent purchase in August 2016 was for replacement back cushion interiors and also replacement seat cushion interiors for the two chairs. I am sorry to learn you have a problem with the seat cushion interiors and thank you for bringing this matter to my attention. “Used Delcor 10 years ago to buy my lovely red sofa. This year it went back to them and has returned like new in a chic grey. Colin at the Kings Road showroom was so helpful and patient and made the most wonderful coordinating scatter cushions to go on the sofa. Service was professional and efficient and the delivery men, Brian and Gavin, were marvellous!”

“Quite a few years ago we bought out 3-piece suite from Delcor, knowing that their products were of exceptional quality and style., which suited us. But the time had come to have it re-upholstered. We had no thought s but to go back to them to have this work done. Nothing has changed, their sales staff are just the same very approachable and knowledgeable. “We had really specific needs (ie we were very fussy customers!), as my husband had been seriously injured so sitting is not always comfortable for him. Colin at the Kings Road shop was absolutely fantastic, very knowledgeable about all aspects of the sofas and their construction, very patient (we visited the shop more than once), not at all pushy, and gave clear advice when asked. All of which means we've ended up with an absolutely perfect sofa. Well, three sofas; we were so impressed with the modern 'L' shaped one we chose first that we also decided to replace our other two sofas, traditional styles. One thing we were particularly impressed with was the flexibility to get the sofas made 'bespoke' at a very reasonable additional cost, if required. We were able to specify the exact length, depth, height - and even had more supportive cushion stuffing than standard.”
