Delcor fly the flag for British craftsmanship with made-to-measure sofas and chairs.

Our furniture is made to last a lifetime: we happily apply a 50 year guarantee all our solid birch frames. While the fabric is totally up to you, with over 10,000 of the best designer fabrics and leathers from around the world to choose from. We offer delivery to your home direct from the workshop, and we'll assemble your sofa on site in the event of any access problems.

“We are delighted with our new sofas. Delcor's great showroom in Stamford and its knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly staff helped us immensely. When it came to delivery their great team helped us again to make sure that everything was done to make sure we were satisfied. Delcor's exceptional standard should be the benchmark for customer service.”

“Ordered replacement cushions for my 13 year old Boxer settee which is still in very good condition apart from saggy seat cushions. Excellent service from start to finish without having to travel to store ......hoping it will last another 13 years!!!!”

One of the advantages of purchasing from Delcor, is that we are able to refresh your furniture, to keep it looking good as new; be it with new cushion interiors, or even a full refurbishment, we keep all of our records, so we have all the information we need, to restore your furniture to its former glory!

“Hello, Jenny,Our settees were delivered this morning.They are as expected; perfect.The new cushions seem much deeper than the old ones.You have included four scatter cushions , made from the excess material; Much appreciated . “We purchased our suite from Delcor 21 years ago and we decided to have our armchairs refurbished rather than buy new ones, so were only ever going back to Delcor for advice. From the first visit to the showroom right through to the delivery of our refurbished armchairs the staff were excellent. They talked us through the process of how our chairs would be dealt with and were patient as we chose the material ! All of the staff from showroom to the delivery men were polite and made the whole process quick and easy.”

“Was rather disappointed as I've used decor for many years paid for cushions I didn't need as I was told I would only get four and ended up with ten also I didn't get my arm covers I rang and was told i didn't ask for them and said they would cost £284 for disgusting after I'd spent over £5000 lesson learned d”

Our sales teams take great pride in providing exceptional service and, while we appreciate there is a lot of information to convey, we always try our best to clarify any details and answer any questions thoroughly. We want every customer to be delighted with their experience and we are sorry that we have not met expectations, on this occasion. Our Milan medium scatter back sofa comes with 5 inclusive scatter cushions, as standard; these were included in the refurbishment price of your sofas, as per your previous order. Armcaps are a chargeable extra, on all models. As extra fabric is required to manufacture these, we do need to charge for these accordingly. As our records did not show that armcaps were purchased with your original sofa order, we did not add them, on your refurbishment order. We apologise, if this was not clarified at the point of placing your order. We thank you again for bringing these concerns to our attention. It was nice to talk to you earlier, in person and we appreciate the opportunity to rectify any issues to your satisfaction.

“When it came to changing my sofa after about 26 years I couldn't find anything as comfortable so I decided to refurbish it. I spent a couple of hours with Jenny at the Kings Road store choosing fabrics. There was such a good selection to choose from and I found exactly what I wanted. My refurbished sofa came back last week and it is so comfortable and looks amazing. One very satisfied customer. Hopefully it will last another 26 years.”

“The sofa was just what we ordered and it was assembled quickly and professionally by a really good team of men. They are to be complimented on their work and the office and management staff were extremely helpful knowledgeable and professional. Good job all around highly recommend”

“Welcoming and good service starts at the Delcor ‘Showroom & Workshop’ at the company’s Seaton Delaval location. With a reputation for delivering some of the finest hand made furniture available in the U.K. that goes back more than 50 years my wife and I felt confident that we buying the very best of British craftsmanship from a company that cares about customer service. Eight week after placing our order our new sofa, armchair and stool were carefully delivered to our home. I am pleased to say our expectations in terms of quality and service have been met in full.”

“We have loved everything about the service we received - Kathleen in the Stamford store, Ian on logistics and the two very friendly deliverers (they helped us move the old sofa too). As for the sofa - classic with a modern twist - it has transformed our room. Mind you, we have had to scurry off to town to buy some more cushions to make all the colours of the room harmonise.”

“Our boxer corner sofa in pale grey leather has now been installed in our home and we couldn't be more delighted with it superb quality. “I just wanted to say how delighted we are with the sofa, we love it. The team who delivered it were so lovely, helpful and polite, so respectful taking shoes off, never had to ask, and the Santa outfit was a lovely touch. Everything you'd expect from Delcor, impeccable service from choosing and ordering, viewing in the warehouse (loved seeing where the magic happens, it was so interesting when Chris took us through) to the finish which is rare to find these days. Wouldn't hesitate to use you again and recommend you to family and friends.”

“Lovely experience from start to finish. This was my first time buying bespoke furniture and the shop in Witney where I bought it from gave me lots of time to choose the right arm chair & sofa and fabrics. They explained lead times & kept me informed along the way. Then the call from Ian at Decleor to say it was ready came sooner than I thought and Ian agreed to store the furniture until I was ready for it. He sent me a photo of each item to keep me going until the real thing arrived 😊 Delivery arrived on time, 2 lovely helpful guys took the old furniture out as British Heart Foundation were collecting them later that day and covered it with the plastic wrap from the new furniture. Excellent quality and beautiful fabric & colours. Thank you to all involved, it really was a pleasure purchasing from Decleor.”
