While the fabric is totally up to you, with over 10,000 of the best designer fabrics and leathers from around the world to choose from. We offer delivery to your home direct from the workshop, and we'll assemble your sofa on site in the event of any access problems.

“The team at Seaton Delaval were wonderful. My twenty year old Elegance sofa, chair and foot stool were fully refurbished to an exceptional standard and have been transformed. Were else can you purchase such well made furniture that really lasts a lifetime ? I would not hesitate in recommending Delcor to anyone who appreciates quality and excellent customer care.”

“I was delighted with my new bed and the number of fabric options to choose from. It really feels very individual. The bed was ready in a timely manner and delivered without any problems. I would recommend delcor beds to friends and family.”

“The Best British manufacturers we could find! All other sofa workshops we visited in London failed to highlighted the importance of getting the right fabric and just focused on selling you a chair. Your King’s Road staff are second to none and have a wonderful eye - just look in the window when you drive past. They listened patiently and found EXACTLY what we were after - something unique that would make our home come to life!”

“Janet and Lee were so kind and helpful, seeming to understand our dilemmas. We ordered our furniture and awaited delivery with great anticipation. On the delivery day, the 2 gentlemen from Delcor arrived. Momentarily I thought the sofa was covered in the wrong material. They brought cushions into my home to help reassure me that all would be well. With different lighting, all was well with the colour . Nothing was too much trouble, with the eventual outcome being that we purchased even more ferniture, with cushions being made to link all the pieces together. Thank you very much to all who provide the brilliant service at Seaton Deleval.”

“I just love this sofa, it’s very comfortable, the craftsmanship is second to none. I bought my first sofa in 1996 it was still going strong 15 years later with a friend we gave it to when we got our second sofa - which was not from delcor and a ‘disaster darling!’ From then on we have had only delcor and we have not been disappointed! I would never go anywhere else! The staff are extremely helpful and easy to contact. Thank you to you all.”

“We just wanted to send a BIG THANK YOU to the Delcor team for our new sofas delivered today. They are really brilliant – comfortable and very well made. The lads making the delivery were very good too. The whole business has been conducted without any hassle and great efficiency. We want to particularly thank the Stamford store staff for their helpful advice and for organizing all the fabric samples to help us make a decision. We much appreciate it. “Dear Delcor Team Thank you, thank you, thank you. Today, we have taken delivery of our refurbished three-piece suite and it is stunning, absolutely fantastic. The finished result has exceeded all of our expectations. The craftsmanship and finishing are first class, exactly the density and firmness that we requested, the height is just right and the matching of the Oban Check – Well, what can I say? – ‘A work of art’. Even the armcaps are matching perfectly and the footstools again as good as new. The whole experience has been a pleasure from start to finish – no pressure on our initial visit, we were allowed to wander freely, looking at everything and when we did ask for help, it was given in a relaxed and friendly way – we were made to feel at home. We were given sound advice. We had not realised that you offered a “Refurbishment Service”. We still liked our suite, even after 30 odd years and the size was just right for our home but it was getting tired. We are very pleased that we took the advice offered. The collection of the three-piece was smooth and efficient as was the delivery and re-assembly of the sofa today. Everything has been perfect. To quote the words of my wife, “I am gobsmacked” and I can assure you that that rarely happens. Please would you thank everyone involved on our behalf. Ian & Joan Farquharson”

I am absolutely delighted your most recent Delcor experience has been such a positive one. I am not an advocate of the hard sell approach preferring Customers to relax, to feel comfortable enough to visit us as many times and for as long as they need to make those all important decisions regarding fabrics , interiors etc. Not easy if you're feeling pushed and harassed to place an order that same day. I am sure you will agree I have a fantastic team of people supporting me, the showroom staff, the guys in the wood mill, the cutters, machinists, upholsterers and quality control, not forgetting the logistics and delivery guys and those upstairs in the general office. I shall indeed pass on your appreciation to everyone concerned by placing a copy of your review in every department for all to see. “Very pleased with our two refurbished sofas. This is the second refurbishment of them as they were originally bought over 30 years ago. They look new,and we will never part with them. So many compliments, friends cannot believe they are not new. We have brought three sons up,so lots of bouncing has gone on over the years and now we have six grandsons! However we are not allowing them to eat drink or bounce on them,they will have to " see us out" as my mother used to saw( herself an owner of Delcor furniture than he grandson is enjoying now ) The showroom staff were so helpful and patient couldn't have done more to make the process easier,we needed quite a bit of guidance. They returned our phone call promptly and we got out sofas back earlier than we expected. The delivery drivers were charming too,helping up put all the cushions in the right places that took quite a while. So Thank you so much for your excellent service.”

“I discovered Delcor by mistake whilst browsing online, but was very happy when I found out that a showroom was only about 9 miles away in a town I visit often - I just didn't know Delcor was there! We visited the showroom a few times in Stamford and they have a good display of sofas and chairs and, surprisingly, side tables and hall tables. We were never pressured to buy and on our visits we were always welcomed by friendly sales staff. My husband and I saw a fabric we liked on a settee in the showroom and we never wavered from that decision, except we had it made up into a different settee. We were told a 10 week wait and it was exactly that; a little less actually. On the day of delivery our sofa was delivered covered in thick plastic by two friendly delivery people. We hadn't finished decorating so they even offered to supply more plastic coverage for our other furniture if we wished. One small thing is that I wish they had a table to sit at when signing up not just standing in front of the counter in the shop, and perhaps a cup of tea/coffee (we were offered, and accepted, a cup of tea of one of our previous visits. Other than that, an excellent experience from Delcor.”

I am delighted to hear you enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere and were made to feel welcome by Kathleen and Andrea in the Stamford showroom. I am not an advocate of the 'hard sell' approach preferring customers to visit as many times as they need in order to make those all important decisions regarding fabric interiors etc. I thank you for your feedback regarding the a table to sit at, certainly food for thought and as a gesture of goodwill, next time you are out and about and fancy a coffee and a slice of cake, a cupcake or a cream tea and scone please call at a coffee shop of your choosing and afterwards take your receipt into Kathleen or Andrea in the Stamford Store and they will refund your costs in full. “Probably a late review but my Jumbo Lofa Sofa was purchased well over 20 years ago. The only thing I have had done since is replace the feathers with foam when my wife complained too much and replaces the optional arm covers. It was the "special" Castles in the Sky cover and has lasted two children, two dogs, three cats and me... Best £1024 I ever spent...”
