I ordered a Samsung galaxy smart watch 5 and was told 3 day delivery this was on Monday 8th January still haven't received my watch and it's now Saturday 13th January I had to contact customer service to chase it only to be told it might have gone missing
The communication was poor and the offer of a refund was only suggested after I asked I want the watch not a refund as it was for a present for my son
