There were a couple of problems with it, (selling graded goods must be fraught with possible problems of all kinds), I emailed dealbuyer and within 24 hours there was a new part on its way and instructions given to solve my other problem. Really good customer service. The TV is 'as new'.”

“Best price, great service. We were looking for this laptop for our grandson to take to University. We needed it urgently and Currys PC world could not supply it unless we did a 3 hour round trip to get it. I found it on Dealbuyer cheaper than Currys/PC World. I rang and was promised next day free delivery. The laptop arrived by 1pm the next day. Packaging was good and the laptop is just what we wanted. We will definitely use Dealbuyer again in future.”
