“I emailed asking when the product would be back in stock, they quickly replied stating it was not likely to be in stock until April - however a couple of days later they got back in touch with me to let me know they found one in warehouse and I could order it that day, which I did and it was delivered in 2 days - so happy with this customer care and the product is great. Thank you”

“Product was delivered quickly and was a great price for the item i got. only point i would say is that having bought re-furbished items before it usually says if there is some damage. the item i received the box was so dirty (like years worth of dust) and had a small dent in the top (i'm not fussy, so it's ok) but otherwise great.”

“I ordered a refurbished ipad as a Christmas present. The product we received was far from what we were expecting. It is heavily marked and extremely slow. However, I cannot fault the customer service we received. When I ordered the product it was delivered quickly and on emailing customer services about our unhappiness with the product, a solution was found quickly and easily.”
