“Although the tablets were supposedly a Grade A the boxes were all badly damaged and the tablets on the inside were wrapped in a thin foam which was very disappointing. We haven't as yet tried to use the tablets (x5) but we are hoping that they are in good working order as described.”

Hi, As mentioned on the product page, these are a 14 day change of mind return. As the box has been opened and labels have been removed leaving the manufactures boxes in less than perfect condition, these are then sold as Grade A. If they have also been returned without the thin manufacturers sleeve over the product then these have been replaced with our own slightly thicker ones to protect the product further. You should be very pleased with the condition of the product but if you are less than satisfied then just let us know and we will be happy to resolve any issues for you.

“Ordered a new smart TV. This is the same make as the one I was replacing but an updated version. Cheapest I could find when searching, a great £40 off. I opted for the next day delivery (Saturday), all communications excellent regarding order despatch and delivery. I would certainly use again should I need to. Excellent service.”

“Really impressed by Dealbuyer. I'd never used them before and checked reviews etc but you never quite know what's going to happen. But it was a fab buying experience. Tablet was in excellent condition, saved about £30. Box had obviously been opened and labels torn off but who cares about the box?? I would definitely recommend Dealbuyer”
