“Ordered an Apple Watch, it didn’t charge, problem was the charging lead not the watch, dealbuyer offered a replacement watch within half an hour, contacted me straight away and then sent a new charger. I was concerned about buying online but can’t recommend them more. Watch is gorgeous and charging with new lead.”

“Dealbuyer themselves are very good but I think that they should look towards an other courier company. I placed an order midweek for Apple Watch which was to be delivered next day by YODEL. I am now 5 days down the line and still no watch”

“Had not previously heard of deal buyer but slightly nervously bought a "open box" as new chromebook. Delivery was super quick and the chromebook was exactly as described in perfect condition. Can't speak for the other grades of items but very happy with my purchase.”
