“The TV works great,but it arrived in a damaged boxed even the delivery man didnt want to leave it, and when opened bits of the TV had already been opened so iv got the impression it's a second TV. Tried to email but my email bounced. It's for my disabled mum so she wanted it anyway. If it was for me I wouldn't of taken it. I wouldn't buy from this website.”

“Sent me a watch with no charger. The watch required a specific charger & I had to spend more £ getting one. After spending the extra money on a charger I only got a slightly better deal for this refurbished watch than buying brand new!”

“Item was packed safely, cleaned superbly and was ready to set up when I opened it. Delivery was fast and had several options on receiving it. Only gripe was the laptop didn’t say what grade it was, just A, not A1, A2, etc but it’s immaculate. I probably just missed it in the description.”

The grading system works from A - C and believe that other outlets using A1, A2 grade are softening the reality of an A2 being of the same condition as Grade B.
