“Excellent experience all round. Found a new laptop (HP X360) much cheaper than elsewhere. Asked some questions late evening and received helpful email reply first thing next morning. Laptop was dispatched so quickly I received it day after ordering, at no extra cost. Had a couple of problems initially re fan noise (which I resolved myself after googling) and again received prompt and helpful reply re returns. Really impressed by Dealbuyer. Would definitely use again and recommend to anyone. 10/10”

“I purchased a HP 2in1 X360 laptop i3 8th gen 8gb ram 128gb ssd it was advertised as having been returned under 14 days distance selling regs so box had been opened but the item was in condition as new in the Sales description. I had been looking at the same laptop from a large chain retailer but it only had 4gb of ram and was a good bit more expensive that what was on offer from dealbuyer, when I went to purchase it, it was only available in a store over 150 miles away hence I looked around and found the dealbuyer website through a search engine. Was a bit reluctant at first but had a look around the website and reviews etc and everything seemed good. Purchased the item and it came next day delivery which I paid for but the item arrived on time and as expected and email communication to confirm the sale. And details on delivery were prompt and helpful. When the package arrived it was difficult to tell the item had been opened before - the hp packaging was as new and the laptop and charger are as new, no scuffs or scratches or dust visible on inspection and the laptop works great and before opening the box it was professionally sealed, labels and everything were as new. I emailed dealbuyer to enquire about the warranty as the hp software suggested 9 months manufacturer warranty remaining but I had a prompt email back reconfirming as it said in the sale description that it is covered by a 12 month warranty from dealbuyer themselves, this is on top of whatever manufacturer warranty remains so this is reassuring. Really pleased with the purchase, the price and the service from dealbuyer, this was my first purchase and I will definately be checking on here regularly in future for anything I'm looking to buy. Thanks for the top service dealbuyer!”

“Purchased a hp envy 360x from them as cheapest I've found by £400!!! Stated box had been opened and that's the only thing it literally was. Did expect abit of use to be honest but there was none. I was kept up to date with the delivery all the way to my door. Fast efficient service. Would happily use again. Thank you so much xxxx”

“I purchased a Sharp Smart TV and it is brilliant! I ordered late on a Monday night and it was delivered first thing Wednesday morning, by a happy, very helpful delivery driver. I believe if I had ordered earlier in the day I would have received it the next day. I have received the best possible service from Dealbuyer, I couldn't recommend them more and will certainly be ordering from them again.”
