“This was my first order with Dannells , I live in Spain but I was in the Uk when I ordered that way I could safe the hassle and money with the new tax situation after the Brexit. I paid for next day delivery as I needed to check the order before I was going away and it took many more days to ridge us. Unfortunately I didn’t realized that I needed an extra part for the empire lamp and the lamp is useless without ( I don’t understand why is not in the kit) my only option now is ordering again and paid for extra delivery cost and extra tax as we live in Spain or buy from the European supplier and paid more for the same items. If the delivery were dispatched for next delivery as it said I wouldn’t be having this problem.As this was my first order to check the quality of the material for my new developing business I am not very impressed. The Quality of material seems to be very good but it is a quite pricey.”
