“They sent me someone else's items with their invoice inside the box and my address on the box. Two of us now do not have the items we ordered. I needed mine on the day of delivery and that target has been missed. Not sure about the other person for whom this was part of a larger order. They too will be waiting for a delivery that will never arrive.”

“I am very satisfied with the customer service - my delivery was quite complicated, but Dannell's were supportive and helpful. Excellent service. I haven't actually used the product yet, but everything is as it should be, so I am not anticipating any issues.”

“They always have exactly what I need and this time was no exception. I love to redo old/broken lampshades and bring them back to life so didn’t need a kit this time just the backing stick-it paper and a new roll of the double sided sticky tape. They turned out perfectly.”

“With the help of excellent videos I have made new shades for 2 table lamps. The only downside was having to buy a larger quantity of the material than I needed so I’ll now have to find some more shades to recover.”

“I really like the shape of the lampshade but unfortunately I thought the measurements were taken at the top rather than the bottom! So it’s tiny and I need to return it and buy the correct size.”
