“I phoned Dannells to query what I needed to buy. They helped me put everything I needed into my shopping basket whilst they stayed on the line and saved me money. Lovely polite and friendly person. Speedy delivery. Parcel well packaged. Great service all round”

“I have had a few orders from Dannell's before and have the customer service to be exceptional. The communication regarding my orders is excellent. I If I have a query that is not about my order but just a general one about lampshades, if the first port of call is unable to assist I am then signposted to someone who can. Excellent service, highly recommended A+++++”
