“There was a hitch with my order but the real measure of a company is how they deal with ‘an issue’…..well Diane was SUPERB, amazingly efficient and all was quickly resolved.. Thank you all Made up my lampshades and love them! A”

“I have had a few orders from Dannell's before and have the customer service to be exceptional. The communication regarding my orders is excellent. I If I have a query that is not about my order but just a general one about lampshades, if the first port of call is unable to assist I am then signposted to someone who can. Excellent service, highly recommended A+++++”
