“Quick service - thank you. This kit meant I could stop trawling around trying unsuccessfully seeking a lamp shade that would tone in with my fresh decor - I could have one to match exactly! The video instructions were so clear and I am proud of the result for a first attempt! Would definitely buy a kit from Dannell’s again.”

“Paul from Dannell's was quick to email me after I'd placed my order, to query whether I'd uploaded my image correctly (I hadn't). He was incredibly helpful (and patient) in guiding me to the correct dimensions etc for my project. The finished product looks amazing, this is a great service, thanks very much.”

“Easy ordering - only problem was DPD who kept saying they could not find us to deliver. Finally came on third attempt. We had a delivery from them only days before from another company no problem. Happens when they use replacement drivers obviously. Waited in for it TWICE! Suggest you complain to them! Your product is excellent so a shame if you are let down by them.”

“I needed advice about getting a fast delivery so phoned in advance of ordering. The manager said he would ensure it was sent out the same day. I received email confirmations from him and customer services. Really excellent service, friendly and received as promised!”
