Speedy delivery.Ordered 1st position prestige romantic tutu on pants white. Fits well but very strange smell emanating from the tulle…have washed to help rid of smell. Tulle much stiffer than expected - I know it will soften up but…🙁

We are please that the tutu fits well. The smell is the result of the stiffening agent used. If hung in an airy room this should disappear.

Delivery was prompt. Unfortunately the size information for wrap tops was too vague. As a consequence, the wrap top turned out to be roughly 2-3 sizes too small. Moreover, the wrap top was sent in the wrong colour. The leotard was delivered as ordered. I can recommend Dance Direct, but please check your size carefully as they tend to run much smaller than expected.

Thank you for the positive review. I am sorry that the wrap tops did not fit. The manufacturers all work to different sizing standards and we publish their sizing charts to try to help you get the correct size but are aware that this does not guarantee a perfect fit.

The pants were fine,the postage is another story,I paid £6 for next day delivery,came 3days later,I had emailed them twice and not once did I get a reply

Thank you for the review. I am pleased that you are happy with your purchase but sorry that the delivery was not as quick as you expected. When you pay for FedEx 24 hour upgrade option, orders are despatched within 72 hours of the order being placed and then delivery is within 24 hours of the despatch date, unless this happens to be a weekend. We cannot guarantee a next day delivery and am sorry if this is what you were expecting.

Hi, I am a little bit disappointed as when I ordered something I didn't get a confirmation so I ordered it again as I assumed it was an order error and I received 2 identival deliveries.If I received a confirmation earlier I would be able.to cancel one of them before dispatching. Hopefully I wouldn't have.to.pay extra for delivery.

I am sorry you feel that the wait for the replacement is too long but we do state it can take up to 14 days to process returns. The exchange was processed yesterday and the replacement is due to go out today

When I ordered, there were a couple of mix ups, as I was ordering for a dance school in Zimbabwe, Africa. The entire order was not completed and delivered at once, but I was not notified, however after a couple of different orders, we managed to get the correct goods. The ailing is awesome. But now I am awaiting a response from your customer service team to respond to an email and returns I’ve sent. Am awaiting eagerly. Otherwise I’m so happy with the products!

The order was smooth and was given a 10% discount for the first order. However the size was too small for her so wanted exchange. But the system didn’t allowed it so I purchased a bigger size. And still waiting for the refund for the first one!

Thank you for the review. What a lovely picture. I am sorry the parcel took a few days to arrive but it was ordered just before the Bank Holiday when we were closed. We are currently despatching within 3 working days of the orders being placed.

order size 3, my daughter is a 2.5, far too small. sizing needs to be sorted. Have to return and order size 4, haven't received them yet but hoping they fit better.

The fit is perfect but is incredibly see throughout so there’s no way I can wear it, not even with skin colour underwear.

The manufacturers all work to different sizing standards and we publish their sizing charts to try to help you get the correct size but are aware that this does not guarantee a perfect fit. We offer a 28 day no quibble returns policy to allow customers time to try on their goods when they have been delivered and return them with a free Royal Mail returns label if they don't fit. The goods are then refunded.

Love the dance sneakers but come up smaller than standard sizing. Happy with option to exchange and free return but shouldn’t have to fill in own return form
