“Bought a Friends cushion for my granddaughters Christmas. When it arrived thought some of the lettering was a bit smudged. Phoned and was told to send photo as I duly did . I contacted them to be told this was the way it should be. When I showed it to my daughter she thought the same as me. Phoned and was told right off this was how it should be so that's why I have given a 3”

“Three weeks ago I placed and order, wrote two emails regarding my emails and haven’t received the item or any respond. But I received this email asking me for a review. Wonder if I ever going to receive the item which was supposed to be a birthday present for my daughter. Absolute joke”

“Ordered a personalised photo cushion online, very easy website to use. From order to delivery was very quick. The quality of the item was better than I expected and a very good price. The children are very excited to hand their custom gift to ‘nanny and grandad’ this Christmas. I would 100% recommend this company to friends and family. “I can’t get my dog out this bed, he absolutely loves it. Was trying to keep for his Christmas but that for sure wasn’t happening. I am also pleased with his bed, the personalised name on the bed and pillows is of a really good standard and over all very pleased. Thank you”

“Not happy at all, ordered still not received within 15 days no update at all where it was or what had happened. They answer emails fast and redone my order because apparently it was lost...... it’s now saying it’s been delivered and it hasn’t! Not happy at all”

“I love the idea of personalised football towels etc AS GIFTS. My granddaughter won a place in the under 16 team of our local Academy. However, being as I am disabled, immobile and in my mid 60’s I KNOW I am out of touch with prices and I personally thought at £20 they are a little expensive - but that could REALLY be down to me with being out of touch these days. They also appear extremely thin although could thicken up on first washing? That said, as a one off gift for Christmas I certainly was NOT put off by the price and actually purchased THREE of them. So, in all honesty, I HAVE to give them a “thumbs up” AS a special gift - but, for me, NOT as a gift in general. 👍👍👍 PS I am stating here that they took longer than they normally would because the surname of one was longer than the “permitted” number of characters so special dispensation was sought to proceed with my order - this was purely the reason it took longer to deliver and I accept that and was grateful that my order was fulfilled x”
