“DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY Ordered a customized dog bed the quality is poor it looks very comfortable but its awful not comfy one bit sounds like it as paper inside my dog will rip it up in minutes the name is very small which i thought would of been a lot bigger wish i didn't order it and got one from B&M.”

“Awful customer service . Sent out faulty bed and was the last one .. was not stitched correctly . Pictures showed them how bad it was . Offered £5 goodwill . As if they had done me a favour . Jared didn’t want to admit it was made wrong ... They need to work on there service .... worst I have even experienced”
