“We ordered a beach towel where you could add a persons name. The first one arrived but not in great condition, we did complain and sent photos, and to my surprise we were dealt with by the customer service team with speed and efficiency. We did get the replacement and although it was not perfect it was a lot better than the first one. I have given 4 stars and I would have to say that is down to the customer service team.”

“Only lost one star as limited amount of low cost items and I was just looking for a little extra, not a main gift BUT the gift is beautiful, well packaged and fast delivery for a personalised item. Will use this company again, highly recommended.”
