“The product ordered was perfect, but the delivery was not. No email was sent to confirm the order had been dispatched and then we discovered that the towel had been delivered to not only the wrong house but the wrong street. It was only because the house owner was honest that we actually received the product.”

“I ordered two personalised Nottingham forest Beach towels for my two nephews for our holiday to Portugal... One towel arrived before the stated delivery date unfortunately the second towel seemed to have got lost in transit... However a quick e-mail and phone call and the second towel arrived by recorded delivery.. The boys loved the surprise seeing the towels layed out on the sunbeds and we also got good comments on the quality and how good the towels looked (although not the ⚽ team) I would highly recommend custom gifts 👍👍”
