“Great for any football fan. Only downside is the material would be better if it was proper cotton rather than that soft micro fibre stuff, though that said lighter weight to pack it suitcase for holidays.”

“Excellent, Fast delivery especially for a gift that has been customised! A fraction of the price compared to other sites selling the item which is a bonus. Print colour on the towel was not perfect, but good nevertheless. I will definitely order from here again.”

“The 2 towels I ordered are ok and I am happy with those. My only disappointment was that I paid for 2 postage and packing for delivery and they were sent in one package. So why was I charged twice for this?”

Hi Andrew Thanks for your feedback. I can see that you have placed two seperate orders on our system which would have processed two delivery charges. Someone on our despatch team would have taken the initiative to group these orders together, but this would not stop the two delivery charges as the orders have already been processed by this point if that makes sense? In this situation I can refund one of the delivery charges for you - we'll also start monitoring to see if this does happen to other customers to see if we need to implement a process to better deal with this in the future. “I purchased two Sheffield Wednesday Towels for my two children for our upcoming holiday. Despite initial difficulties, the staff at Custom Gifts, in particular Yvonne, made every attempt to successfully resolve the issues. I have now received the towels which are of good quality and would certainly use Custom Gifts again.”

Hi Laurence Thank you for providing us with feedback. Just so you know the towels are printed using dye-sublimation. This requires them to go through a heat-press in order to transfer the design onto the towel. As a result the towels will be flatter at first, but once they have been washed they will fluff up to the proper thickness.
