“😡 Not a product I would reorder The Towel material had pulls in it and even colour missing on design. I’m not sure about returning items as they were customised with names. Very poor quality, for price paid for the product.”

“We ordered a beach towel where you could add a persons name. The first one arrived but not in great condition, we did complain and sent photos, and to my surprise we were dealt with by the customer service team with speed and efficiency. We did get the replacement and although it was not perfect it was a lot better than the first one. I have given 4 stars and I would have to say that is down to the customer service team.”
