“Cannot complain about custom gifts itself but of where my actual product came from. I received my order which was a mug all smashed to bits as packaging was very poor, it was just in a bag in a box. Not protection!!!! 2nd came damaged and 3rd was in one piece which was surprising as packaging was no different. Custom gift provided excellent communication and sorted all out for me very promptly.”
