“Brought the picture on the throw. Could not think of anything for the wife for Xmas, luckily this came up in an advert. It wasn't a great picture sent, so didn't expect too much back. It's brilliant, a drunken memory for our past, it will be a fantastic surprise on Xmas day. Many thanks for a great gift at a great price. Delivery was quick, especially with the postal strikes.”

“Took ages to come and no communication. When I chased them got a generic reply which blamed postal strike. Not really like a towel more like a fleece blanket on one side. I ordered thinking it was coming from UK but think it comes from China.”

Hi Wendy Thank you for your review. I am sorry to hear you had some delays in the order however i can confirm the items are made in the UK in Lincoln in our factory. The towel has a Microfiber front and a 100% cotton back. Thanks again SM

“Asked for a review on something that hasn’t arrived yet even though it was meant to arrive on the 12th. Have been in contact and told it will definitely get here, then asked for a review and told its arrived when it hasn’t. 😩”

“Only half the order delivered waited over 3 weeks from ordering, first to be told was processing then told seems order been mis placed then sent out to only receive half. Refund scheduled as now no delivery in time for Xmas 5 days for processing a refund on top of wait time.”

“Ordered one of the one photo blankets a while ago and was very pleased with it, so ordered 3 more last week (1 photo,) I was abit disappointed when they arrived, the material was great but the photo is quite abit blurred, maybe best too do more pics instead of just one.”

“10 days after ordering had heard nothing about item being dispatched. I phoned customer service and was told that there had been a problem with item I had ordered and that they had received the item that day and that I would receive it the following day . Was very pleased when I took delivery the next day as promised .”
