“Only half the order delivered waited over 3 weeks from ordering, first to be told was processing then told seems order been mis placed then sent out to only receive half. Refund scheduled as now no delivery in time for Xmas 5 days for processing a refund on top of wait time.”

“Ordered one of the one photo blankets a while ago and was very pleased with it, so ordered 3 more last week (1 photo,) I was abit disappointed when they arrived, the material was great but the photo is quite abit blurred, maybe best too do more pics instead of just one.”

“10 days after ordering had heard nothing about item being dispatched. I phoned customer service and was told that there had been a problem with item I had ordered and that they had received the item that day and that I would receive it the following day . Was very pleased when I took delivery the next day as promised .”

“The item I ordered arrived a few days after I ordered it. It is of high quality and the photos that I used for the blanket really stand out and I was very surprised at this. The only concern is that there is a dirt mark in the middle of it but I will try to get that out before I give it as a presant.”
