“Very poor quality. The personalised towel is very thin fabric and the edging is not finished to a good standard. I will not be purchasing again from this company. I am unable to show a photo as the present has been sent. I have had to purchase another gift as I felt this towel was very sub standard.”

“This is a dreadful business to deal with. They promise two day delivery on an item, take payment and then two weeks later, after many phone calls and emails, cancel the order. Then I get an email saying now the item is delivered could I write a review. Don’t know what to say really.”

“My son loves Bendy and the ink machine. After searching the Web I refused to pay £60+. Came across this company from a Google search and it had the better reviews. Not surprised as it's great! The blanket is lovely and the print is fabulous. Looking forward to seeing my sons face when he opens his gift. Huge thanks”

“Quality of towels are awful! Got sent a replacement and it’s just as bad. Only way you will get a refund is to cut the towel up and show them! Absolute joke! Avoid”

Hi there - I am really sorry to hear that you're unsatisfied with the quality of your towels, if you are able to provide a photograph of any issues to our customer services team we can sort this for you. We have to request that the Officially Licensed football products are destroyed if a refund is issued as this is part of our contract with the teams, I apologise if this seems an unusual request. :-)

“you have sent this email to me saying that my order has been delivered. Your information is wrong - Yodel has not yet delivered this - their tracking has said that the parcel is out for delivery with driver for the past three days but has not yet been delivered - so i am not able to give a positive review at this time.”
