“Item brought was good quality and great design. However there was no communication of when order was dispatched or when I was due to arrive. Then the box was left on the front step in the snow despite both neighbours being in. This meant I have to wash the blankets before giving them as gifts.”

“Great gift idea unfortunately delivery was 13 days and the pillowcases where not even wrapped up in any way just left loose inside a bag very disappointing as they where a gift very poor presentation.”

“Absolutely loved the gift. I had an email when i ordered but that was it. Nothing telling me when it was dispatched or when i was likely to receive the gift. No email either to say it had been delivered!”

“I am still waiting to receive my gift as it is extremely late!!! I have emailed yourselves to find out where it is, as since I ordered it, I have only had marketing info from you. I am still waiting for the email letting me know it has been dispatched?? Poor after sales service. Quick taking money but not so quick with everything else.”
