“I am being asked to Review an item that I haven’t even received yet. I have contacted your customer services twice to say where is my item, first time I was told my item is due to be sent Monday and will receive a notification from shipping company. By Wednesday had not received this email/text so contacted customer service via Facebook messenger and Jared tells me it’s being sent and I should receive it by the weekend! No item Has been delivered yet! Think il be on the phone again”
