“I was a bit worried as I haven't used Custom Gifts before but when the blanket arrived, wow, the picture quality was so clear and the blanket was soooo soft and fleecy. Would definitely recommend and will be using again.”

“Ordered as a gift but seems to be a lot of unwanted printer marks all over. Never had any issues in the years I’ve use custom gifts. To late to reorder this gift Hope it was just a glitch and no one else’s blankets were marked.”

“I ordered a personalised welsh flag, Put all the information on it, with in the parameters, the club logo 1/2vwas missing, the order had taken almost 3 week to arrive, they say 1 or 2 days delivery to mainland UK. But it had taken 6days, I have contacted customer service, if they help I will improve my rating for company”

Hi Dean Thank you for your review. The point regarding 1 to 2 days is the delivery time once the order is shipped. The production time is shown on the product page. We have had a look at the phot you have sent and also the upload that you made on the website when designing your flag and they seem to match.
