“Carol Cole and Jamie Harris have both been fantastic with communications and have made the whole process of booking with them an absolute dream! I have made several enquiries via phone calls and emails with Carol Cole and she has been extremely professional, patient and knowledgeable at all times. I highly recommend Cruise Direct, we have just booked our 4th cruise through them and will be booking more in the future.”
