“We have recently booked our 9th or 10th cruise through cruise direct. All the team are amazing and helpful and they all go the extra mile to make your holiday amazing. Leanne however is the stand out star always for helping us book our cruises and answer every question. No matter how small or big. Thanks for everything you do Leanne and team.”

“We have recently booked a Virgin Voyages cruise through Laura. She has been amazing from start to finish, nothing has been too much trouble and she genuinely cares. She has gone above and beyond trying to get the best deal for us!! We will definitely be using Laura again for future cruises and will recommend her to anybody wanting to book!”

“Fantastic customer service from Leanne. Prompt, friendly, clear, nothing too much bother. Always seems to get a great price on the cabins I want. Due to a family crisis I had to cancel a long cruise 2 days before departure and she was caring and concerned whilst dealing professionally with all my issues .”
