“The customer service was ne of the best I have experienced in a long time. Bethany was patient and understanding with someone who is not tech savvy. She took time to make sure we understood all the instrucions that the holiday company required. I know I can get in touch again with any queries. “As always Nicki Rawlins from Cruise Direct was excellent in helping arrange our annual cruise. Travelling with a wheelchairbound person and elderly mum is a challenge to get the perfect holiday and Nicki researched our needs and got us the best cruise possible. She is helpful, flexible, attentive and patient. Really happy with the service and I'm sure we'll be booking again! Thanks Nicki.”
