“Booking a cruise for the first time is exciting but also daunting. Leanne took us through every step of the booking process, making sure our choices were right for us and our family to make sure we had the perfect family holiday. Leanne was always there to answer any questions we had before booking and went out of her way to make sure we felt comfortable. Amazing friendly service. We are now very excited for our cruise! Thank you!”

“I have booked with Zoe at Cruise Direct for our last 4 holidays, she is absolutely brilliant! Always going above and beyond, calling me late in the evenings to fit in with my schedule, on her days off and weekend. Holidays are wonderful but until I met Zoe the booking process was always very stressful, not anymore! Thank you Zoe for being an absolute superstar!!”

“We have to say a huge Thankyou to Carol who somehow worked her magic to get us a great deal for a terrific cabin and was so diligent and patient with all our inquiries. Even called us outside of working hours to ensure we got what we wanted. We’d been talking to another cruise company who were offering us a much inferior cabin at a much higher price so we’re delighted. Thanks Carol.”

“Booked our first cruise to the Caribbean and spoken to Marian, her level of knowledge and the amount of detail she went into re the different cabin types and grades was excellent and really couldn’t do enough for us. Will only book with cruise direct in future and got a fantastic price. Thank you Marian your a credit to Cruise direct.”

“I enquired about a last minute booking for a P&O Cruise and Carol was brilliant! She took the time to understand the type of cabin location that we needed and was happy to keep looking to find the right one for us. It was our first time speaking with Cruise Direct but my booking was dealt with brilliantly and all confirmed by P&O promptly so will definitely be using yourselves again and recommending to all friends and family. “Spoke with Marian today who was extremely helpful.Having never been on a cruise before she was able to answer all my questions with confidence and took the time to listen to my needs as well as search for different options that would be best suited to my individual circumstances. “The customer service was amazing! All my questions were well answered and if they didn't know something they found out and then called me straight back. Probably the best expirence I have had when booking something though the phone. Recommend speaking to Marion for the best info and friendly service you will ever receive! Thankyou so much! “We wanted to book a river cruise and now we have Zoe has been very helpful so far. the price is better than the cruise company themselves and Zoe helped me with a link for the tour information to look at them. I wanted to talk to cruise direct with questions before booking as Zoe was emailing me information I called from Australia and Zoe called me back nothing was a problem so far I am very happy with the service. We are looking forward to our cruise in July”

“We booked last year and had no issues and was seamless, we recently due to the pandemic had to change our plans. I want to thank Jamie Harris who despite the current pressures was first class in every way, even to the point he answered his mobile whilst he was on a day off. Always keeping me informed as he worked with MSC to change our family cruise to 2021. Customer service is a five star from me.”
