“I've had lots of fantastic boxes with a variety of different gins and snacks enclosed. I have sadly noticed the snacks have become slightly repetitive, however I am in it for the gin and have enjoyed the different gins I have received. Having been a member for several years now I have become disappointed with the rewards scheme, which used to enable me to enjoy a box for a reduced price by using my points. However that was abruptly stopped with no notice and now it has become very expensive to use points that I rarely do so.”

“Rum was excellent, good mixers and cocktails. Lots of editing mistakes in the book referencing gin not rum. Snacks were disappointing, rum is a sweet drink, snacks didn’t compliment well”

“Received my first box at Christmas as a gift from my daughters, loved it so much I joined the club myself. Love that you receive gins that I wouldn’t normal buy along with complementing mixers and syrups and the magazine is great.”

“I've been a member for three years, and enjoy the interesting gins, edible treats and magazine which arrive 4 times a year. Being a purist, I'm not much into the cocktails as I feel they detract from the artisan quality of some of the gins. A puzzle for me though is the rewards scheme....I have amassed 3930 points, which can only be redeemed against specific minimum value purchases, (starting at £50 - most bottles are less than this) and approximates to a discount of 10%. The air miles equivalent of this seems to be that I have enough points to get me from London to New York, but they chuck me out in Dublin.... So it's not a good scheme, and my points will remain sadly unused”

Hi Christopher! Thank you so much for your lovely review, we really appreciate your feedback. We have recently launched our 'Points for Products' option, which is a range of items that would be free against X points. The range is shown on the member's account when you click on the 'Rewards' tab. You'd need to place a paid order to redeem a free item, but there's no minimum spend on the paid order. Hope this is helpful!

“I have been a member for a couple of years, the boxes are always of great quality. I am however disappointed about the rewards system as you used to be able to collect them up and put them towards a box at no extra cost. It appears that now you have to put extra money in.”

“I am more than happy with the variety of gins I have received since I signed up for Craft gin club. I have also been pleased with the different mixes included in my monthly box. However I don’t like some of the snacks I have been sent, while I enjoy the savoury snacks such as peanuts, olives, crisps and nuts which go well with the alcohol. I don’t appreciate the sweet treats. Personally I don’t enjoy sweets, chocolates or marshmallows when having a drink, I find the combination quite weird.”
