“From picking up the phone, receiving the quotes and ultimate collection/delivery, everything was done in a professional manner and the goods were delivered on time, as promised.”

“The requested time of arrival was 4pm but they suggested it would be there for 1pm. The parcel did not arrive till almost 5pm and apparently the driver was in the area from 1pm but could not find the place. Late service and not organised to allow the parcel to be delivered on time.”

Hi Amy, Please accept my apologies for the late delivery, it was indeed delivered later than expected and shouldn't have been, we will be speaking to the driver regarding this matter. Once again, we are very sorry for this.

“My company had an urgent delivery to Exeter Airport. This package was picked and delivered in the timeframe paid for. The notifications to advise the package was picked up and delivered to the correct place were very useful too.”

“An easy, pain free process. Initial contact, collection arrangements and prompt delivery service. Parcel delivered safely and in the hands of the correct person after identification was professionally established at least an hour before the expected time. Same day service from Manchester to the South, door to door within 4 - 1/2 hours I believe. We would definitely use your services again. Thank you.”

“Followed very specific instructions perfectly. We had a very important delivery that could only be received by certain individuals or if they're unavailable to deliver the parcel to the individuals, to ensure that all their details are written down correctly and as much information as possible, which they done perfectly.”
