“Very professional delivery with collection within 1.5 hours of order, with helpful telephone service, e-mail updates and tracking. I don't have experience of other courier companies to compare price.”

“Excellent prompt service, communication great. Only slight let down was the van had a flat tyre which caused the van to carry less weight this meant I had to follow the van to the job with material which is what we were paying the service for. Over all good service though.”

“Happy with the service however there were delays getting to me and the courier just about made the deadline. Maybe some more feedback on ETA would have made a better experience as the initial pickup took 3 hours from ordering the courier and the time from pickup to delivery took almost 9 hours for what should have been a 4 hour journey and added stress to the situation.”

“Booked a delivery with pick up in Norwich and deliver to Central London on Friday morning. The delivery was completed by 5.20pm. Would give 5 stars but felt that having to get a driver to go from Ipswich up Norwich and then back down to London was a slightly exaggerated journey for the driver . However very good service, and especially for a Friday afternoon.”

“Second time I’ve used this company and very impressed although a little disappointed with the slightly longer than expected arrival time of the pickup- especially as it was to retrieve a car key, so we could get into a car. Would use again though”
