“Friendly and helpful staff. Good feedback regarding delivery status. It does take quite a while to make a booking over the phone, I think this time could be decreased.”

“Really happy with the service we received. Friendly and efficient customer service and a simple to complete online booking form. Plus the courier was very proactive in keeping me posted with progress and confirming when the package was delivered. It was an urgent delivery and arrived in good time. I definitely recommend Courier Expert and will use them again.”

“Excellent service and price - Called late in the evening for a next day pick up and delivery, Coventry to Oxford. Helpful gentleman on phone who gave a price that was extremely reasonable, so booked and paid with credit card there and then. Received immediate email confirmation and then was contacted by the local courier within 20 minutes to confirm pick up time. Pick up confirmed on line, then parcel collected on time and a further email sent confirming delivery time. Would recommend this service.”

“The Customer Services was very helpful as I was doing a same day pick up and delivery. The price was reasonable. I received confirmation emails of the quote and booking, collection was made within their time frame. The delivery was made in a timely fashion. This is the second time we have used them for a Same Day Delivery and both times we have had no issues with the service.”

“WOW a fantastic service that was so easy to administrate from start to finish. Every office managers nightmare is that Friday Afternoon urgent to central London! Not any more! Quote emailed whilst on the phone, agreed and then invoiced. Professional timely documentation detailing every step of the process which could be easily shared with my internal customers were an added bonus. Excellent Service with great communication from start to finish.”

“Clear instructions taken and immediate e mail with all booking info on, just had to press yes. Then followed by quick payment option and ack to say how long the driver would be. Progress of driver also given along with proof of delivery. Great value and nice company to desk with. Mega efficient service.”

Hi Alistair, Sorry you are disappointed with the service. The Job was booked at 15:30 and we quote up to 90 minutes for collection, and then it's a 25 minute journey (according to Google maps) through central London. So really we should have delivered by 17.30. Unfortunately on this occasion the driver delivered at 17.56, however the traffic is particularly difficult at this time of the day, but we will certainly make sure the driver does the absolutely best, should you decide to use our service again.

“The booking over the telephone was really quick and easy the only thing that let the service down was the driver getting lost. He could not find the collection point which made him late for collecting the item and members of staff had to stay over until 6.30pm. I thought all couiers had sat navs nowadays?”

“Very good service, we needed something in London urgently same day. The item arrived in London an hour later. The service was great and fixed a mistake we had at our end with freight and our usual courier. I would recommend this company and would use them again if need be.”
