“Turned up 2 hours late so nobody was available to accept the delivery as planned. Then didn't go to the goods entrance as i requested. Had to go to building's reception, courier tried to leave the 2 large boxes in reception before i could get someone to meet him with the parcel creating a security panic in the building.”

Hi Kirsty, Sorry that you have had cause to write a negative review . I have looked into this and the drivers account is quite different, which is as follows: Driver arrived on delivery point at 12:35pm, but he found that no-one was on loading bay, so he went to the reception to find out when the staff would be back. He also tried to call delivery contact phone number, but there was no answer. The security then sent the driver back to the loading bay where he stayed for 20 more minutes. He then called our office who told him to go back to reception. Then the customer phoned him and told him to wait until someone was organised to meet him, because they were not physically available to meet him. The driver was at delivery point around 1 hour and 15 min. Despite this he did not ask for any additional fee, for this reason, we do not ask to add any extra charges to your account. Should you wish to discuss the matter with us further, please reach out and get in touch in the usual away. Thank you and sorry again that this has resulted in a cause for complaint.
