“your driver Alom did frauds with us again and again last few days ago he took the parcel and said someone else took the parcel we already send CCTV videos as well. and on Friday he took the parcel but update the status of delivery that the parcel has been delivered but it was not delivered its too much now I am going to report to the police against your company. your company is a fraud”

“After we were let down at teh last minute by another company, Courier Expert came to the rescue! we received excellent service from this company. The courier, Neculai, who came for the parcel was on time and was extremely polite and professional. I would not hesitate to recommend this company”

“The physical delivery was slightly delayed which wasn't an issue, however the tracking was. The driver (or the internal system?) didn't show the item as delivered but did show the driver as headed back home so I didn't know if the delivery had been completed. The team did contact me to confirm if all was OK. Apparently they could not get hold of the driver to confirm and neither could I. He wasn't picking up the phone nor responding to texts until after a few hours. Altogether it did get delivered but the communication left space for improvement. If this was a new staff member, he did not seem trained properly.”
