“Van arrived for pick up, to collect artworks, but already had a palette load of sharp edged metal flashings. These actually made loading difficult and potentially unsafe, for hands and for the artworks. It should have been an empty van. There were no ties or bungees for securing the load...the driver seemed unfamiliar with van and the load already on there, but he was helpful”

“A company who clearly puts Customers first, and offers a very competitive rate. Made the whole process of booking two same-day deliveries extremely painless. “Courier expert did the job but could have been better. Staff were very polite helpful and courteous however it was half an hour longer than the max 90 mins I had understood for the collection which was going to make the delivery later than I had told the customer. (the time quoted to me) I understand a local driver could not be found. I find the e-mails confusing too as the collection time is actually the time the order is placed and not the actual collection time at all. i.e misleading. The time logged as delivered cannot be accurate at 2.20pm as I phoned the driver at exactly this time and he said he was 7-10 mins away from making the delivery. All in all I would use you again however think that if the inaccuracies could be addressed I would have had more confidence with my first experience with Courier expert.”

“This courier is highly recommended especially for same day and its one phone call away. Just few details and agree the quite that's it. The price is very reasonable. The person on the other end of the phone and delivery guy were very polite and professionals. Throughout the transit well informed. Thanks Courier Expert. I will definitely use their service again”

“Collection was missed by over 3 hours, I had to ring to follow this up, after which the package was collected just in time before the other office closed for the day. Disappointing it took me ringing to follow this up without this being done internally by courier expert . Package was eventually received on the same day 4/5 hours late.”
