Thank you for your review, although it is disappointing to receive 3 stars. As mentioned by my colleague, you tried to make the booking online, but the booking was not processed on our system at all, the information you thought was a confirmation, unfortunately, was not, therefore, no booking was ever made. I am pleased that my colleague was able to help you with finding an alternative hotel that day.
