“We have booked several times with you. The recent trip was good value however none of the luxury breaks are actually luxury and when travelling with the dog we never get the room upgrade. I realise this says where available but the upgrade never seems available.”

“The website is ok and the offers are good however, I was not able to filter the hotels easily so had to go through each one to find one that had the luxury /standard and features facilities that I was looking for. More filters would be useful to make browsing and selection easier. I.e spa, swimming pool, families etc”

“Excellent website which I have used before…until I tried to pay, then it kept offering me credit/debit card numbers which I no longer use and I was unable to use my new card as there was no opportunity to put it in as I had an existing account. Eventually I rang the website telephone number and was able to make my booking quickly with the help of the excellent Julie.”
