“Very impressed with the website, its detail on the different hotels and their own tips to make your choice of booking is informed. Finding the right hotel once I'd decided on the area was then easy and equally when making the booking ewhich I did by phone. The service was first class, both informative and helpful. Because of Covid we have booked for October 2021, but I am so looking forward to the prospect of staying at Langley Castle, in Hexham. Thank you countrybreakhotels.com”

“Gave Country Hotel Breaks a top score as have used them before and overall have found them most efficient and fair. Everything is clearly explained re details of booking and an emailed confirmation is immediately sent which is always reassuring. No hidden costs, what you are told is what you get and any 'extra' costs are made obvious. Looking forward to my forthcoming reservation in July.”

“The web site was not able to cope with my voucher nor could I persuade it to book me for 7 nights, when it wanted to book me for the 4 nights I booked last year but could not take because of the virusr. I telephoned and your assistant was able to sort it out quickly and my booking is now in place and has used my voucher. All that is reqired now is for the virus to recede and permit this trip to go ahead.”

“The on line booking system could not be easier. Even given that I made a mistake and booked a slightly different package than intended, I contacted Country Hotel Breaks by phone and the lady I talked to could not have been more helpful. She took details, changed my booking with the hotel, advised me by phone of progress and then e mailed new details, all within an hour or so. I have rarely had service of such a high standard.”
