“website very difficult to negotiate and loading of pages very slow. And now this review page is asking if my delivery was on time, was the item damaged and how many days did it take to make the delivery!!!!???? Its a hotel booking !!!”

“Finding a hotel and knowing what was included in the package was easy. Unfortunately paying wasn’t! Completing the booking form, using a voucher etc was straightforward but when trying to complete payment the website kept freezing (I tried at least 4 times and even used different cards). Fortunately the person on the telephone line was very helpful and efficient and the booking was then completed with ease.”
